In every population it's axiomatic that 50% are below average inteligence and 50% are above. BUT - and this is a big but - never are the results of surveys/polls linked to IQ or even to EQ, both of which can be tested reasonably accurately. I'm not suggesting anyone should get favoured treatment because of their IQ (they probably do, anyway) but it would be helpful to know how smarter people see issues and if EQ was used, how wiser people see them (smart and wise/EQ are not necessarily conjoined) and I'm surprised that no one has done or linked this to public survey results.
